The application period for the 2012-13 school is CLOSED and we have completed our final review and awards.
Before installments are paid, schools must complete the School Verification Form. To obtain your list of Students, please login (“school login-click here”) above with your School ID and password that you established. DOWNLOAD your list into an excel spreadsheet and attach it to the School Verification Form.  These forms were mailed to each school as well.
As soon as we get your completed and signed form, checks will be issued within three to five days.  PLEASE REMEMBER, scholarship payments are disbursed in three installments:  1/3 in September (due September 1), 1/3 in January (Due January 1) and 1/3 in April (due April 1).  In order for us to cut a check to the school, you must download, sign and return the School Verification Form for each installment period attaching a list of your students.
