Our Applications deadline was May 30, 2010. All applications have been reviewed and processed. Letters to all parents and schools have been mailed. Please use the School ID that was sent to you to obtain your current 2010-2011 student list. If you find any errors, please send the corrections via email: admin1@asct.org or call the office. The list shows those students that were AWARDED and will be receiving funds for the 2010-2011 school year, a dollar amount will be posted. The students that have not been funded are also on this list and they are listed as WAITLIST - NOT FUNDED, these are the students that met our requirements but will not receive funding because of a lack of funding. YOU MAY DOWNLOAD THIS LIST INTO AN EXCEL SPREAD SHEET FOR YOUR RECORDS. DO NOT PRINT DIRECTLY FROM THIS SITE. We do regret that some of the renewal students that received funds in the past will not be awarded because of a lack of funding, so we do apologize. If you know of anyone that would like to donate and assist ASCT in helping our children, please have them go onto our donation page and donate on-line with a credit card and/or send us a check. Under the donation page, you can download a fact sheet and a donor card to obtain information about the child tax credit donations.
The 1st Installment (50%) will be sent the first week of September, 2010. Please print the STUDENT LIST and attach it to the SCHOOL VERIFICATION REPORT 1 (SEE BELOW), answer the questions on the form, sign and send back to us ASAP. You can mail, fax or email the form back to us. The checks will be processed 3-5 days after receipt of the School Commitment Form.
The 2nd Installment (2nd 50%) will be February 1, 2011. Please follow the above steps for processing.
To obtain your list of Students, please login with your School ID and DOWNLOAD your list into an excel spreadsheet.
