CHECKLIST for New Scholarship Applications
In order to apply for the 2010-2011 scholarship grant, the parent or guardian must follow the instruction in the checklist below. Please read the frequently asked questions to help you know what to expect from the application process.
Failure to submit ALL required paperwork completely, legibly, and by stated deadlines may result in the decline or termination of your scholarship funding without further notice.
The ASCT Educational Opportunity Scholarship is renewable annually, provided we have sufficient funds available and that your family continues to meet all eligibility requirements. Additional younger children in the family may apply no earlier than one year before they enter school, and those siblings will be given priority for scholarship funding.
