CHECKLIST for Scholarship Applications
In order to apply for the 2011-2012 scholarship, the parent or guardian must follow the instruction in the checklist below.
For this school year, you will notice a different format and different requirements, so please read carefully the instructions to each section of the application. As in prior years, one application per family is required. The new financial information form is one per family. These changes are due to the legislative reforms signed by the governor on May 10, 2010 and new changes to ASCT's requirements.
The scholarship can cover tuition only. It is not to be used for any other expenses or fees.
THE MAXIMUM SCHOLARSHIP IS $5,400.00 PER STUDENT, PER YEAR! This amount depends upon funds available.
Failure to submit ALL required paperwork completely, legibly, and by stated deadlines may result in the decline or termination of your scholarship funding without further notice.
The ASCT Educational Opportunity Scholarship is renewable annually, provided we have sufficient funds available and that your family continues to meet all eligibility requirements. Additional younger children in the family may apply no earlier than one year before they enter school, and those siblings will be given priority for scholarship funding.
