CHECKLIST for New Scholarship Applications

This checklist is also for those applying for the WAIT LIST. To complete the requirements for application for a scholarship grant, the parent or guardian must complete the checklist below. Please read the frequently asked questions to help you know what to expect from the application process.

Return application in supplied business reply envelope

Waitlist applicants who are awarded scholarships will be notified by the ASCT office by mail.

Failure to submit ALL required paperwork completely, legibly, and by stated deadlines may result in the decline or termination of your scholarship funding without further notice.

The ASCT Educational Opportunity Scholarship is renewable annually, provided we have sufficient funds available and that your family continues to meet all eligibility requirements. Additional younger children in the family may apply no earlier than one year before they enter school, and those siblings will be given priority for scholarship funding.
